   Well as I said before i was going to check out your website so I did. Awesome pointers in there. Now I see why you mentioned the circulator to be important in a fine dining restaurant, it seems very ahrd ot maintain temperature in liquids by simply using regular fire and water. Great video.    pretty good diego, it almost reminds me of when i had the passion. my advice to you is get out and explore that passion before you become old and complaciant( and sometimes fat) those who dont understand or those who are ignerant will never get it
